The Challenge
WholeBody Wellness Aesthetics (WBW), a medical and wellness aesthetics provider in Spokane, was dealing with two separate technology challenges.
First, its previous IT provider had failed to properly monitor the company’s network. At one point, the provider did not even realize WBW’s network was down.
At the same time, owner and founder Kendra Johnson was using multiple AI tools for transcription, chart review, and lab results. She wanted to consolidate those workflows into a single solution that could meet HIPAA requirements.
The Solution
BCA began by meeting with its AI engineering partners to define the requirements for a custom AI dashboard tailored to WBW’s workflows.
During the one-week onboarding process, BCA and its partners developed and hosted a prototype designed to meet HIPAA and HITECH compliance requirements. Within a few weeks, Kendra was using the new AI dashboard.
BCA also worked with a Fortune 500 developer to build the custom AI tool around WBW’s specific needs and compliance requirements.
Beyond the AI implementation, BCA upgraded WBW’s existing network hardware so it could be fully managed and monitored. This gave BCA greater visibility into network issues while supporting the clinic’s HIPAA compliance needs.
BCA also consolidated the company’s AI expenses into a simpler payment structure and backed WBW with its No Tier Helpdesk, giving employees access to experienced support without unnecessary escalation steps.
The Results
Since early 2025, WholeBody Wellness Aesthetics has relied on BCA for ongoing IT support.
WBW now has a more reliable and actively monitored technology environment, along with a custom AI system designed to bring several previously separate workflows into one place. This allows the team to spend less time managing individual tools and more time focusing on information that supports patient care.
